A Spring Reset for Body & Nervous System

This is not just a holiday escape. It’s an intentional pause.

Three days to reconnect with your body, quiet mental chatter, and step into spring with ease, strength, and presence.

Movement. Breath. Stillness. Ritual.
Exploring balance between structure and flow — in practice, not theory.

SPRING RESET RETREAT
Exploring strength & softness in practicewith Oren and Mina

03. - 06. April 2026
Seminarhof Drawehn

This retreat invites you into a conscious reset — balancing dynamic practice with spacious stillness.
Through Hatha-Vinyasa yoga, pranayama, meditation, cacao ceremony, and authentic movement, we explore strength without tension and softness without collapse, creating a felt sense of integration as you step into spring.

We welcome you to the beautiful Seminarhaus Drahwehn with beautiful surrounding nature, a circular shala, and nourishing vegan food. Spend an extended weekend with us to go deeper into yoga, yourself, and the elements.

THIS RETREAT IS FOR YOU IF…

  • You’ve been holding a lot lately.

  • Your body feels strong but your nervous system feels tired.

  • You’re looking for depth — more than just casual yoga or a weekend getaway.

  • You’re craving intelligent movement and meaningful rest.

  • You want to enter spring consciously instead of rushing into it.

This is not a passive retreat.
It’s immersive, embodied, and honest.

  • Small but noticeable shifts in how you move and rest

Easter is traditionally about renewal. Here, we invite you to explore that idea in your own way, with your body, breath, and awareness as guides.

TEACHERS

Mina

Mina has been practicing yoga since 2009 and teaching since 2013. With a background in dance and an eclectic approach to movement, she integrates the dynamism of Ashtanga, the precision of Iyengar, and the sensitivity of somatic and anatomical awareness. Her teaching is grounded in both science and spirit, drawing from her studies in yoga therapy as well as her affinity with shamanic and animist traditions that honor the intelligence of the natural world.

An RYT 500 and C-IAYT certified yoga therapist, Mina also specializes in pre- and postnatal yoga and teaches in yoga teacher trainings, where she shares her passion for embodied anatomy and mindful sequencing. She continues her studies with senior Iyengar teacher Elizabeth Brass, deepening her understanding of alignment and refinement in practice.

As a teacher and mother, Mina brings warmth, clarity, and compassion to her work. Her retreats offer a space to return to presence, rediscover balance, and listen to the quiet wisdom within.

Oren

I have been a dedicated student and practitioner of yoga for almost two decades, teaching full-time for more than 10 years. I have traveled all over the world to study and practice with some of the great yoga masters of our time and spent long stretches of time in India practicing intensively and deepening my understanding of yoga in all its facets.

Teaching yoga is not just a job for me, it comes from a passionate commitment to sharing the insights I discovered in my own practice and years of contemplation with the intention of being of service for those who wish to fulfill their full potential to live a good life (what is a good life..? That is to be discovered from practicing and studying yoga).

My style of teaching is gentle, kind, and caring. My approach is non-dogmatic, open-minded, based on yoga being adapted to the individual’s needs and capacities, and not the other way around. I try to guide people in a process of self-inquiry in which they arrive at their own insights instead of being told how they should feel.

THE EXPERIENCE

Each day we move between activation and restoration.

Strength & Structure
Dynamic vinyasa, functional strength work, clear alignment, and focused breath — practices that build steadiness, clarity, and grounded energy.

Softness & Release
Yin, somatic exploration, nervous system down-regulation, and quiet ritual space — allowing the body to soften and the mind to settle.

Rather than choosing one over the other, we practice both.

Effort and ease.
Stability and flow.

So you leave feeling supported, spacious, and balanced — not depleted.
