Being here has reminded me how differently movement can feel when we're paying attention—not just to our bodies, but to the world around us. Surrounded by summer rain, lush forests, and slower rhythms, we'll explore a practice inspired by that feeling: grounded, curious, spacious, and connected.

No need to know anything about Japan. Just bring yourself, your mat, and a willingness to move.
