Fall Equinox Cacao Ceremony

As the Earth tilts in perfect balance, the Fall Equinox marks a sacred pause—where day and night meet as equals. It’s a threshold between the outward energy of summer and the inward pull of autumn, a time to reflect, release, and realign.

This year, the Equinox arrives under the darkness of the New Moon, deepening the invitation to turn inward. The New Moon is a symbol of new beginnings, a fertile space for planting seeds of intention and listening to the quiet wisdom within.

We’ll gather in ceremony to honor this potent convergence. The evening begins with CEREMONIAL CACAO—an ancient heart medicine known to gently awaken the senses and open pathways of connection. From this softened place, we move into YIN YOGA to unwind the body and ground ourselves in the moment. We’ll complete our journey with YOGA NIDRA, a guided meditation that leads you into deep rest and inner spaciousness.

This ceremony is an invitation to slow down, tune in, and align with the rhythms of nature and your own heart.

This event is open to newcomers to cacao, yin yoga as well and yoga nidra.

What to bring:

Please bring comfortable clothes, warm socks, and a comfy sweater, also your own mug to drink your cup of cacao.

Although we will be drinking a milder ceremonial dose of cacao, please let me know if you have high blood pressure, are taking antidepressants, or are pregnant so we can adjust the dose.
